Coppell Bible Fellowship is an elder-led church. We believe elders are the biblically designated officers of the Church. Elders serve under Christ - the Head - and over the congregation as servant leaders, and must meet the biblical qualifications described in 1 Timothy 3:1-13, Titus 1:5-9 and 1 Peter 5:1-5. The Elder Board of Coppell Bible Fellowship currently consists of four men:

Dr. Barkef Osigian is originally from the New Orleans, Louisiana area. He is the Senior Pastor of Coppell Bible Fellowship, a church which he planted in August of 1994. Dr. Osigian earned both his masters and doctorate degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary. He has served in ministry for over twenty-two years, nineteen of those years as a pastor. Barkef and his wife, Susie, have been married for 21 years and have five children.
