In the beginning there was Barkef...ok, so that's not actually true, but he has been the senior pastor at Coppell Bible Fellowship since its conception. He is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary (1990) and received his doctorate from DTS in 2006. Barkef and his wife, Susie, both hail from Louisana and have 5 children. Barkef spends his time & energy in prayer, teaching and vision casting to create an infectious and God-honoring future for Coppell Bible Fellowship.

John helps adults @ CBF discover and join the mission God has given us and helps guide the adult ministries as we move forward together. John oversees all adult ministries at CBF which includes Life Groups, Men’s and Women’s Ministries. John is also CBF’s counseling pastor. John and his wonderful wife, Sue, are the very proud parents of 5 and adore spending time with their precious grandson. John has been in full time ministry for many, many, many years and joined the CBF staff full time in April of 2008.

Kyle is a singer/songwriter/musician and gifted worship leader. His passion is facilitating worship in the life of our church. He leads and directs our Sunday worship service and most Sundays, you'll see his lovely wife, Karla, on stage with him while the oldest of their 3 sons runs video in the sound booth. Kyle joined the CBF staff in early 2004.

Charlie leads and teaches Jr. And Sr. High youth about the love of Jesus Christ. Charlie and his wife, Amanda, are both native Texans and have a shared passion to encourage youth to live a life dedicated to Christ. Charlie joined the CBF staff in June of 2007. Jeff oversees all children's ministries at CBF which includes Sunday school, AWANA and pre-teen ministries. Jeff and his wife, Nikki, are from Austin and both have a desire to see kids grow in their relationship with God. Jeff started at CBF in 2008. Marla is the Senior Pastor's Assistant and Administration Director. She manages and organizes the church office, which basically means she does a little bit of everything and anything to support CBF. Marla hails from South Carolina (Go Gamecocks!) and after 17 years in the corporate world, entered full time ministry and joined our staff in the summer of 2004.

In her role of Administrative and Financial Assistant, Meredith helps in too many areas to list. She is a blessing to CBF beyond words. Meredith and her husband, Ron, have been members of CBF for many years along with their 2 daughters. Meredith joined the CBF staff in 2006.
